The Cookies We Use and How We Use Them

Matomo – An analytics programme that helps us to track visits to our website, how people interact with pages and where they go on our site. The cookie captures IP address data in order to track return visits. We mask part of the IP address in our database in order to anonymise this information. The data is held on our own server in the UK and is only used for the purpose of tracking visits and not advertising. This data is not shared with any 3rd parties.

Crisp Chat – Our messaging programme (the blue circle in the bottom right). This cookie allows us to save conversations so they are always there when you come back to the site. Some basic information such as your IP address is sent and stored by the software operator, Crisp Chat. If you sign up for our site, use the messaging system or add your email address to it, this information is stored at Crisp and not in the cookie. This data is stored in the EU and is not shared with any 3rd parties or used for any other purpose other than to store your conversation and reply to your messages.

Booking System – Our course booking system contains 3 cookies that save cart information until you check out, pick up and changes in the cart and track checkouts. The cookie stores a unique reference number to identify you. None of your personal data is stored in the cookie. This data is held in the UK.

CloudFlare – This cookie provides performance and security enhancements to our website

Newsletter – These cookies allow us to check whether you have previously signed up for a newsletter and if your visit to our website is a result of receiving a newsletter. This data is stored with Zoho. No personal data is stored in the cookie and all data is held in the EU. This data is not shared with any 3rd party or used for any other reason. We will only send a newsletter to you if you have provided your consent to do so.
